Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Press the cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.

  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  5. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.

  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the cookie dough crust in the springform pan.

  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the cheesecake is set and slightly golden.

  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

  9. Transfer the cheesecake to a wire rack to cool completely.

  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

  11. Serve chilled and enjoy!
