How To Make Cookie Dough Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of cookie dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Press the cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.

Pour the cheesecake batter over the cookie dough crust in the springform pan.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the cheesecake is set and slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Transfer the cheesecake to a wire rack to cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
