How To Make Rocky Road Christmas Fudge Recipe
A rich and decadent fudge recipe with marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts.

Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, or almonds)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips for garnish
Instructions

Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang.

In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, semisweet chocolate chips, and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, marshmallows, and nuts until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle with the mini chocolate chips.

Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Use the overhang to lift the fudge out of the baking dish and cut into squares to serve.
