  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt cake pan.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and almond extract until well combined.

  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

  8. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth.

  9. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
