- 1 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish.

In a saucepan, simmer the blackberries and wine over low heat for 10 minutes. Let cool.
