How To Make Chilli Beef Noodles

Ingredients
- 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add beef slices and cook until browned. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add red and green bell peppers, onion, and green onions. Sauté until vegetables are tender.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Return the beef to the skillet and pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.

Serve hot and garnish with additional green onions if desired.
