Ingredients

  • 2 Persian cucumbers, grated
  • 2 cups of Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of dried mint
  • 1 tablespoon of dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the grated cucumbers, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, dried mint, dried dill, olive oil, and salt. Mix well until everything is combined.

  2. Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt if needed.

  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

  4. Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves.

  5. Serve chilled with pita bread or as a side dish with any meal.
