Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt, to taste
  • Wood skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan on medium-high.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

  3. Thread chicken cubes onto skewers.

  4. Brush the skewers with the spice mixture.

  5. Grill chicken skewers for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

  6. Serve hot.
