- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
