How To Make Baked Stuffed Romano Peppers

- 4 Romano peppers
- 1 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the Romano peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.

In a bowl, combine the grated Romano cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Spoon the cheese mixture into each pepper half, filling them evenly. Drizzle with olive oil.

Place the stuffed peppers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are softened and the cheese is melted and golden on top.
