How To Make Fabulous Wet Burritos Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (14 oz) enchilada sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, sour cream, guacamole
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.

Add the cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

Pour in the enchilada sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, warm the refried beans in a small saucepan over low heat.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Spread about 2 tablespoons of refried beans onto each tortilla.

Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture onto the tortillas, then top with a sprinkle of cheese.

Roll up the tortillas tightly and place them seam side down in a baking dish.

Pour any remaining enchilada sauce over the burritos, then sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
