Have a taste of this ravioli stroganoff recipe. Ravioli stuffed with cheese, and mixed with savory ground beef or turkey. Brightened with Italian seasoning for more flavor.

  • 20 oz cheese ravioli
  • 1 lb ground turkey, or beef
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 10 oz cream of mushroom soup , or 1 can
  • 1 cup sour cream


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare ravioli according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium frying pan, over medium heat, brown ground turkey with Italian seasoning.
  4. Drain any fat.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked ground turkey, soup, and sour cream.
  6. Gently mix in ravioli.
  7. Place in a baking dish, cover and bake for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  8. Sprinkle the top with Italian seasoning.
