Ingredients

  • 1 cup of finely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup of diced onions
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup of cooked bulgur wheat
  • 1/2 lemon (juice only)
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix parsley, mint, onions, tomato, and bulgur in a bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper together.

  3. Add the dressing to the salad mixture and stir well.

  4. Let the salad sit for 15 minutes before serving.
