How To Make Lebanese Stuffed Grape Leaves Recipe
An exquisite Lebanese dish that is made with tender grape leaves stuffed with spiced rice and lamb.

Ingredients
- 1 jar grape leaves
- 1/2 lb ground lamb
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup mint, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Rinse the grape leaves and cut off the stems.

In a bowl, combine the ground lamb, rice, parsley, mint, spices, tomato paste, garlic, and olive oil.

Place a grape leaf on a flat surface and add about a tablespoon of the stuffing in the middle.

Fold in the sides of the leaf and roll it up tightly. Repeat with the remaining leaves and stuffing.

Place the rolled grape leaves in a baking dish, seam side down, and add enough water to cover the leaves.

Place lemon slices on top of the grape leaves and cover with foil.

Bake in the oven for 1 hour.

Serve hot with lemon wedges.
