Ingredients

  • 8 oz of spaghetti noodles
  • 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1/2 tsp of sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sriracha sauce, and minced garlic until smooth.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles and the peanut sauce. Toss until the noodles are evenly coated.

  4. Serve the peanut noodles topped with chopped peanuts, green onions, and cilantro leaves.
