Ingredients

  • 200g glass noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 150g spinach
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the glass noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.

  3. Add onion, carrot, and bell pepper to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  4. Add spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and mix well.

  6. Add the cooked glass noodles to the pan and toss until well coated in the sauce.

  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

  8. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
