How To Make Grilled Chicken Margherita

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices of garlic bread
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill the chicken for about 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

Remove the chicken from the grill and top each breast with tomato slices, basil leaves, and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Place the chicken back on the grill for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

While the chicken is grilling, toast the garlic bread on the grill until golden brown.

Serve the grilled chicken margherita with the garlic bread on the side.
