How To Make Fried Egg Milanese

- 4 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and flour. Season with salt and pepper.

Crack the eggs into a separate shallow dish and lightly beat them.

Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Dip each egg into the breadcrumb mixture, making sure to coat both sides.

Carefully place the breaded eggs into the hot oil and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fried eggs from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
