How To Make Authentic Taralli Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, olive oil, white wine, salt, pepper, and fennel seeds. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into quarters and roll each portion into a long rope about 1/2 inch thick.

Cut the ropes into small pieces, approximately 2 inches long, and join the ends together to form a ring shape.

Place the taralli onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool completely before serving.
