Ingredients
- 4 small cucumbers, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together vinegar, water, sugar, salt, garlic, dill, and coriander seeds until salt and sugar dissolve.

Add sliced cucumbers and onions to the bowl, stir to coat evenly.

Transfer cucumbers and brine to a jar or container with a lid.
