How To Make Indonesian Nasi Uduk Recipe
A fragrant and tasty Indonesian rice dish cooked with coconut milk and spices.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of jasmine rice
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 pandan leaf (screwpine leaf)
- 1 lemongrass stalk, bruised
- 1 tsp of salt
- 2 cups of water
Instructions

Rinse the jasmine rice until the water runs clear and drain.

In a pot, combine the rice, coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves, pandan leaf, lemongrass and salt.

Add water and stir to combine.

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low.

Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through and the liquid has been absorbed.

Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
