  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground meat, onion, garlic, soy sauce, coriander, cumin, black pepper, and chili powder until well combined.

  3. Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll out into thin circles.
