How To Make Beef Vindaloo Recipe

Ingredients
- 500g beef, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 inches of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons of vindaloo paste
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 cup of water
- Salt, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for cooking
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, marinate beef with vindaloo paste, ginger, and garlic. Let it sit for at least 1 hour or overnight for better results.

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until golden brown.

Add marinated beef and cook until browned on all sides.

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in tomato paste and water. Cover the pan and simmer for 1 hour or until the beef is tender.

Season with salt to taste.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
