  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup Galliano liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons vodka
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Confectioners’ sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a large bowl, beat the sugar and vegetable oil until well combined.

  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

  5. Stir in the orange juice, Galliano liqueur, vodka, and orange zest.

  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

  7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

  10. Once cooled, dust the top of the cake with confectioners’ sugar.

  11. Slice and serve.
