Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg whites, skim milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

  2. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly.

  3. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with low-fat butter or cooking spray.

  4. Place the soaked bread slices onto the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
