- 4 pork chops
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the pork chops in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
