Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch until well combined.

  2. In a saucepan, heat the chicken broth, garlic, and ginger over medium heat.

  3. Pour in the soy sauce mixture and stir well.

  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before using in stir-fried dishes.
