Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz fresh oysters
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 4 cups water
  • 8 oz fresh noodles
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.

  2. Add sliced beef and cook until browned.

  3. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.

  4. Pour in beef broth and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

  5. Add fresh noodles and oysters. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until noodles are tender and oysters are cooked.

  6. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro.
