How To Make Oyster Beef with Soupy Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz fresh oysters
- 4 cups beef broth
- 4 cups water
- 8 oz fresh noodles
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions

In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.

Add sliced beef and cook until browned.

Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Pour in beef broth and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add fresh noodles and oysters. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until noodles are tender and oysters are cooked.

Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro.
