How To Make Peanut Chicken with Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, lime juice, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.

Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper. Cook them in a large skillet over medium heat until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

Add the peanut sauce to the skillet with the chicken. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has warmed.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss until they are well coated in the peanut sauce.

Serve the peanut chicken with noodles hot, garnished with chopped peanuts and sliced green onions.
