How To Make Green Pea and Avocado Toast Recipe
This is a refreshing and healthy dish that is perfect for a light breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
- 4 slices of whole wheat bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup of frozen green peas
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/8 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

Toast the whole wheat bread in a toaster or under the broiler until crispy.

Heat a small saucepan over medium heat and add the frozen green peas. Cook for 3-5 minutes until tender and heated through.

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork. Squeeze in the juice of 1/2 lemon and season with salt and pepper.

Spread the mashed avocado onto each toast and divide the cooked green peas evenly between them. Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
