How To Make The Ritz-Carlton’s Shrimp Scampi Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Toss with flour to coat.

Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Deglaze the pan with white wine, scraping up any browned bits.

Add lemon juice and stir to combine.

Return shrimp to the pan, tossing to coat with the sauce.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
