A classic New England-style lobster roll made with juicy lobster meat, creamy aioli, and served on a buttery brioche bun.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 4 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, celery, chives, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Mix well.

  2. Brush the brioche buns with melted butter and toast in a skillet until lightly browned.

  3. Spoon the lobster mixture onto the toasted buns.

  4. Serve with a side of coleslaw or your favorite chips.
