How To Make The Border Fajita Nachos Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook until veggies are tender.
