How To Make Fajitas

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of fajita seasoning
  • 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  2. Add sliced chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onion.

  5. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

  6. Add cooked chicken back to the skillet and sprinkle fajita seasoning over the mixture.

  7. Stir well to coat everything with seasoning.

  8. Warm flour tortillas according to package instructions.

  9. Serve the fajita mixture on the tortillas and roll them up.
