How To Make Sbarro’s Chicken Parmesan Recipe
Tender chicken breasts coated in breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, baked to perfection and topped with marinara sauce and melty mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.

In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Place flour in another shallow dish.

Beat eggs in a third shallow dish.

Coat each chicken breast with flour, shaking off any excess.

Dip in beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.

Coat in breadcrumb mixture, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the chicken.

Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Remove from oven and spoon marinara sauce over each chicken breast.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
