Delicious and sweet coconut tarts filled with chocolate that are perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, melted butter, and salt until well combined.

Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tin, and press the coconut mixture onto the bottom and sides of each cup, creating a small cup shape.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cups are firm.

In a small bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips and microwave for 30 seconds, stirring well until smooth and melted.

Spoon the chocolate mixture into each coconut cup and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
