How To Make Mounds Coconut Bread Recipe
This is a delicious bread recipe with a coconut flavor and texture that’s perfect for breakfast or snack time.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, sweetened and unsweetened coconut, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, coconut milk, and melted coconut oil.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased 9×5 inch loaf pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it to a wire rack to cool completely.
