- 1 cup of white rice
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of raisins (optional)
- Ground cinnamon, for garnish
Instructions

In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the rice, coconut milk, sugar, and salt.
