How To Make Hardee’s Mile High Bacon Thickburger Recipe

A towering burger with juicy beef patty, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and special sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 sesame seed buns
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of American cheese
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat griddle or grill.

  2. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish to make the special sauce.

  3. Divide ground beef into 4 portions and form into patties. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side.

  5. Toast buns.

  6. Assemble the burger: Spread special sauce on bun, place patty on bottom bun, add cheese, bacon, and top bun.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
