How To Make Fleming’s Steakhouse’s Key Lime Pie Recipe
Tangy and sweet key lime custard with graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp lime zest
- 1/2 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter together and press into a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden and set. Set aside to cool.

Whisk egg yolks and lime zest together until thick and pale. Add in lime juice and condensed milk and mix until combined.

Pour filling into the cooled crust and bake for 15-20 minutes until set but still jiggly in the center. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar together until fluffy. Spread over the top of the chilled pie and serve.
