  • 1 pie crust
  • 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Roll out pie crust and place in a 9-inch pie dish.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

  4. Beat in eggs, milk, and melted butter until well combined.

  5. Pour mixture into prepared pie crust.

  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set.

  7. Let cool before serving.
