How To Make Eldon’s Garlic Shrimp Pasta Recipe
A delicious pasta dish with succulent shrimp and garlic flavors.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 pound of linguine pasta
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Add the white wine to the skillet and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.

Add the cooked linguine pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic and wine sauce.

Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and toss to combine.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and stir until melted and well combined.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
