How To Make Eldon’s Chicken Alfredo Recipe
A creamy and rich pasta dish made with tender chicken and delicious Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients
- 8 oz. fettuccine pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions

Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, add diced chicken, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink.

Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Pour in heavy cream and stir.

Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Return cooked chicken to the skillet and stir until fully coated in Alfredo sauce.

Serve cooked pasta onto plates, and spoon Alfredo chicken mixture over pasta.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
