How To Make Church’s Chicken Chocolate Pudding Recipe
This chocolate pudding recipe is rich, creamy, and worth the calories!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a medium-sized saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt until well combined.

Add the milk and heavy cream, and whisk until smooth.

Place the saucepan over medium heat, and cook, whisking constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking, whisking constantly, for 2-3 minutes, or until the pudding has thickened even more.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the butter and vanilla extract until they’re fully combined.

Pour the pudding into individual cups or bowls, and chill them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
