How To Make Bourbon Street Cajun Potatoes Recipe
Spicy Cajun potatoes inspired by New Orleans cuisine that will blow your taste buds away.

Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, washed and cubed
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1/2 tsp of dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp of freshly chopped parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil and minced garlic until evenly coated.

In a small bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.

Add the seasoning to the potatoes, and mix well.

Place the seasoned potatoes on a lined baking sheet, and roast for 35-40 minutes, or until fork-tender.

Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the potatoes before serving.
