How To Make Bourbon Street Cajun Potatoes Recipe

Spicy Cajun potatoes inspired by New Orleans cuisine that will blow your taste buds away.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, washed and cubed
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp of freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil and minced garlic until evenly coated.

  3. In a small bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.

  4. Add the seasoning to the potatoes, and mix well.

  5. Place the seasoned potatoes on a lined baking sheet, and roast for 35-40 minutes, or until fork-tender.

  6. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the potatoes before serving.
