A crispy and flavorful dish featuring alligator meat breaded with bourbon and Cajun spices.

Ingredients
- 1 lb alligator meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions

Combine flour, garlic powder, paprika and Cajun seasoning in a bowl.

Dip alligator meat in bourbon, then coat with flour mixture.

Dip coated meat into beaten eggs and then back into the flour mixture until fully coated.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and add the coated alligator meat.

Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels and season with salt and pepper before serving.
