How To Make Bourbon Street Cajun Corn Recipe
A spicy and flavorful corn dish that will transport you to New Orleans.

Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, husks and silk removed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Brush corn with olive oil and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Grill corn for 10-12 minutes or until charred in spots.

In a small bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese and parsley.

In another small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and hot sauce.

Once corn is done, remove from grill and slather with mayonnaise mixture.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese mixture and serve with lemon wedges.
