  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. In a separate bowl, pour buttermilk.

  4. Dip chicken thighs in buttermilk, then coat in the flour mixture.

  5. Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.

  6. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
