How To Make Blue Ribbon Lemon Bars
Tangy and sweet, these lemon bars are a crowd favorite!

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until crumbly.

Press mixture into a greased 8-inch baking dish.

Bake crust for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.

In another mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, baking powder, and salt.

Pour mixture over the baked crust.

Bake for another 20-25 minutes until set.

Let cool and slice into squares.

Dust with powdered sugar on top for garnish, if desired.
