- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, frozen
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.
