How To Make Black Kettle Restaurant’s Blueberry Pie Recipe
This blueberry pie is filled with juicy and sweet blueberries, wrapped in a flaky crust.

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 5 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Roll out the pie crust and line a 9-inch pie dish with it.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Pour the blueberry mixture into the prepared crust. Dot the top with small pieces of butter.

Lay the second crust on top of the filling, pinch the edges to seal the pie and cut a few small slits on top.

Brush the top of the pie with the beaten egg.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
